MY BRIEF HISTORY

My name is Keith Fraser and I'm an agent for REMAX in Huatulco Mexico, pronounced:
 "WALL TOO CO"

I specialize in assisting North Americans Buying or Selling their second homes in paradise.

As a young boy I completed my apprenticeship as a journeyman carpenter, and eventually owned and operated my own construction company.

I spent the rest of my working life, buying, building, buying, and selling Real Estate as well as building and selling several businesses along the journey.

My passion for Latin America started as a young man and I began to use any free time to visit Mexico and eventually the rest of Latin America.

I remember my first trip was in December and we had a huge snow fall and our construction team all agreed we would shut down for one week and give mother nature a chance to get back to normal. I drove non stop from Vancouver Island to Ensenada in Mexico.

I think it took about 36 hours in my 1948 Ford Coupe I was able to spend about 3 or 4 days there before driving non stop back to Vancouver island. I would have been 19 or 20 years old, this was the beginning of a life long relationship with the country of Mexico.

As time went by I would plan my time away from work to further explore the exciting and somewhat magical country of Mexico. This became my annual routine and time spent increased as much as I could manage.

Today I focus my time and energy in helping North Americans find their Dream Homes in Mexico.

Our friend and coworker "Alex" is another expat from America.

Hector is our charming Mexican national who loves Huatulco and Huatulco loves Hector.
Saul is the man who keeps everything running smooth. He heads up our rental department.
Anthony is another national who has added the support we need in our rental department caused by the vacation rental boom.

Adriana specializes in heading up our conveyancing department.

We all speak english. So when you go shopping for that second home in the sun you do have the support of not only one of the worlds largest real estate franchises, but a dynamic group of devoted professionals who want you to share our paradise.
